Ordering from ImagineNations
Placing an Order
You can place an order via our online store or contact us directly for inquiries and to place custom orders. ImagineNations accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. All payments are processed via PayPal at the time your order is placed, and ARTONGLOBES will appear as the billing name on your credit statement. Checkout as a guest, or register with us for future convenience, saving your account information, and allowing easy access to your order history and status.
Sales Tax
We charge 7.25% sales tax on any order which is shipped to the state of California.
Estimated Delivery Times
All ImagineNations™ globes are made to order and will take 6-8 weeks to create. Each globe has to be sourced, then hand-made and finished. Quality work and artistry take time, and we take the time to make each globe perfect for you. Canvas Wall Hanging Maps and Push Pin Maps will take 2-3 weeks lead time, and Lithograph maps are ready approximately 1 week from when you place your order. Quick Ship items (some lithographs, puzzles, notecards, and journals) will ship out within 2 business days. Special and custom orders will require more time to create. Please contact us with any questions you have. We ship from our studio in California, so please add 1-2 weeks to lead times (depending on the ship-to location) for an estimate of the total time from placing order to receipt of your ImagineNations™ worldly work of art.
Domestic (US) Shipping
Each product has a flat rate ship fee and will be packaged carefully to arrive to you safe and sound. Detailed shipping information and rates are located on every product page. ImagineNations™ ships using FedEx Delivery for all US orders. Priority (Expedited) Delivery is also available for an extra charge. Please contact us for a quote for expedited delivery.

International Shipping
ImagineNations™ ships internationally using US Parcel Post Global Delivery. Shipping prices are calculated by factoring in the weight and the ship to location. For a shipping quote, go to the cart page after adding a product. Enter the country information where it will be shipped to, and click the "Get a Quote" button. The amount displayed will be the actual ship price for that order.
Hold For Pickup at our San Anselmo Gallery
If you are in the area, orders can be held for pickup from our San Anselmo California ImagineNations™ gallery for no charge. Quotes for shipping methods appear on the Shopping Cart page before Checkout. At checkout, enter the SAME address for billing and shipping info, then select "Hold For Pickup" from the Shipping Methods section. We will contact you when your order is ready to go.
Gift Messages/Special Instructions
You may add a gift message to any order, and a handwritten note with the message will accompany the item when delivered. Special Instructions or customization notes can also be added to any individual item or to the entire order during the checkout process. On Section 4 (Shipping Method), click the “Add gift message/special instructions” box and then enter the information.
Changing the World
We want to change the world, figuratively and literally. By using recycled materials and vintage globes, Wendy Gold creates beautiful works of art, and brings a new touch of earthly responsibility to her work. A portion of all sales of ImagineNations™ globes and maps are donated to a variety of local charities.
Returns & Damages
All ImagineNations™ products are handmade to order, and considered “Final Sale.” We truly believe you’ll love your custom creation, but please contact us if for any reason the final product is damaged in transit or does not meet your expectations. We’ll do everything we can to repair or replace the item and make it right!
Order Updates/Viewing Orders
You will receive an email confirmation from ImagineNations™ immediately after your order is placed. We will update you with shipping information and a tracking number when your order is ready to ship out. If you registered with us when the order was placed, you can login to your account to check the status of your order, review account history and update your account information and preferences.
Updating Account Information
After registering for an online account, you will be able to login to update your mailing and shipping addresses, change your email preferences and/or change your account password. Should you forget your account password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Login page and you will be sent an email to reset the password.
